Problem Statement

Public libraries lack modern features that make it possible to create library cards online with a smooth, efficient user interface. However, our user target produce most of their work online using modern apps. I realized that it could be time-consuming and frustrating for users to go in person to our library to create a library card.

How might we convert the physical process into a simple rapid online process that is modern and improves our user experience?
